In terms of 'being able to dance' or 'getting the moves right', it's really not that deep as long as you keep that heart rate up. There are many many many moves in these programs that I struggle with for one reason or another- it literally doesn't matter, no ones watching me, I either give it a funky go or I just keep moving and replace it with a previous move. Don't take the moves too seriously, remember the point of dancing over other programs is to have a good time and enjoy yourself while you're burning the calories. My biggest advice though, is don't even try to be perfect, don't make that a priority at all.

This one is great and this CIZE one is also a pretty fun (and great workout) to add to the pack. exercise isnt a chore, its something fun to do. They also have different structures- Country Heat has you do 2 moves together, and then a different 2 moves, and then a different 2 moves etc and they never repeat in the same video, so memory is not a factor at all. Each exercise can be modified to fit your fitness level by leveraging gravity. My favourite is country heat just because I love country music and the way the set looks so it makes me happy to do. Perform hundreds of exercises using your body weight and a TRX suspension trainer. It can come down to the music, the trainer, the style, the length. It’s a great workout length that makes it easy to fit in during my preferred early morning timeframe. I usually opt to do the dance again and then do the cool down taking it to a 35 to 40 minute workout.

None of them are super difficult! My advice is to do one video from each dance program and see what you prefer. Each CIZE workout is about 30 to 35 minutes.
